Tigozen (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online ecommerce business operated from Rajkanika, Kendrapara district, Odisha, India, selling vegetable fast food, grocery, home essentials, and furniture, with delivery currently focused on Rajkanika, Kendrapara, and Bhubaneswar.

Using our site

• You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to purchase from Tigozen.com
• You agree to provide accurate name, contact, and delivery information when ordering
• You’re responsible for keeping any account login details confidential
• You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or scraping content without permission

Products and availability

We try to keep product listings, descriptions, and photos accurate, but actual products (especially fresh vegetables and prepared food) may vary slightly in appearance, weight, or quantity. Availability is limited to stock on hand and our current delivery area, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order if an item is out of stock or unavailable for delivery to your address.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and will inform you before processing such an order
• Payment can be made through the methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where offered
• For online payments, your payment details are processed securely by our payment gateway partner — we do not store your full card or UPI details

Orders and delivery

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation with expected delivery details. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, local conditions, or order volume. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or provide accurate delivery instructions, since perishable items such as vegetables and prepared food cannot be redelivered later in the day.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Vegetable fast food and groceries

Because these are perishable items, cancellations are only accepted before the order is dispatched. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within a few hours of delivery with a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Home essentials and furniture

These items may be eligible for return or exchange if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, provided you contact us within the return window stated on the product page and the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, within a reasonable time after the returned item is received and inspected.

Limitation of liability

We work to ensure the quality of everything we sell, but to the extent permitted by law, Tigozen is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from delays, product unavailability, or issues beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant order.

Intellectual property
