Return & Refund Policy
Because we sell everything from same-day vegetables to furniture, return rules aren’t the same across the board. Here’s how returns, replacements, and refunds work for each category.

Our approach
We want you to be satisfied with every order. If something arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit. Because Tigozen sells both perishable and durable goods, the rules below differ slightly by category.
Vegetable fast food and grocery
These are perishable items, so we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, but we will replace or refund an order if:
- The item arrives spoiled, stale, or visibly damaged
- You received the wrong item or an incomplete order
- The item is significantly different in quality from what was described
Please report the issue within 2 hours of delivery for fast food items, or within 24 hours for grocery items, along with a photo where possible, so we can resolve it quickly.
Home essentials
Home essentials can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and not a category we’ve marked non-returnable on the product page (such as opened personal care or hygiene items). If the item is damaged or defective on arrival, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be sent back, where possible.
Furniture
Furniture can be returned within 7 days of delivery if it’s unused, in its original packaging, and free of assembly or damage caused after delivery. Because of the size and cost of shipping furniture, a reasonable return pickup or restocking charge may apply unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part — in which case we cover the cost.
Damaged or defective furniture
Please inspect furniture at the time of delivery where possible. If you notice damage or a defect, report it within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Items that can’t be returned
- Perishable food and vegetables, once delivered in good condition
- Personal care, hygiene, or sealed essentials once opened
- Furniture that has been assembled, used, or altered
- Items returned without prior contact with our support team
How to request a return or refund
- Contact our support team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We’ll review your request and confirm whether it’s a replacement, refund, or pickup-based return — usually within 24–48 hours.
- For eligible returns, we’ll arrange pickup (for furniture and home essentials) or close out the case directly (for fast food and grocery issues).
- Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Vegetable fast food and grocery orders are usually dispatched quickly, so cancellation windows are short — check your order confirmation for status. Furniture and home essentials orders can typically be cancelled any time before they ship.
Refund timelines
Once a refund is approved, it’s typically processed within 5–7 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect it in your account. Cash on delivery refunds, where applicable, are issued as store credit or bank transfer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy as our catalogue and operations grow. We’ll update the effective date above whenever changes are made.
