Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here’s how you can cancel an order on Tigozen, the cut-off for each category, and what happens to your payment when you do.

The general rule
You can cancel any order on Tigozen free of charge, as long as it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Once an order moves to “out for delivery” or has been picked up by our delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled — you’re welcome to refuse it at the door or raise a return afterward instead, depending on the category.
Vegetable fast food and grocery
These orders move quickly once placed, since freshness depends on fast preparation and dispatch. Cancellation is only possible in the short window before preparation or packing begins — usually within a few minutes of placing the order. After that point, the order is treated as confirmed and cannot be cancelled, though our Return & Refund Policy covers what happens if something arrives wrong or damaged.
Home essentials and furniture
These orders typically take longer to ship, so you have a wider cancellation window — any time before the order leaves our warehouse or supplier. Once it has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for return once delivered, per our Return & Refund Policy.
How to cancel an order
- Go to your order in “My Orders” and select Cancel, if the option is still available.
- If the option isn’t shown, contact our support team immediately with your order number — we’ll cancel it if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
- You’ll receive a confirmation once the cancellation is processed.
Partial cancellations
If your order has multiple items, you may be able to cancel individual items rather than the whole order, as long as those specific items haven’t been packed or dispatched yet. The remaining items will be delivered and charged as normal.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If you paid online and your cancellation is processed before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. If you chose cash on delivery, no charge is made and there’s nothing to refund.
Cancellations by Tigozen
Occasionally, we may need to cancel an order ourselves — for example, if an item is out of stock, your address falls outside our delivery area, or we’re unable to verify the order. In these cases, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already paid.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy as our operations and processing times change. We’ll update the effective date above whenever changes are made.
