Orders & Ordering
Browse our categories or use the search bar to find products, add items to your cart, then head to checkout. Confirm your delivery address and payment method, and place your order — you’ll receive a confirmation instantly by email and SMS.
Yes, orders must total at least ₹199 to check out. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard delivery, shown automatically in your cart summary.
You can edit or cancel an order free of charge within 30 minutes of placing it, from the “My Orders” section of your account. Once the order has been packed for dispatch, changes are no longer possible.
Product availability is shown in real time on every listing. If an item goes out of stock between browsing and checkout, it will be flagged in your cart so you can swap it before paying.

Delivery & Shipping
We currently deliver across Rajkanika and surrounding pin codes. Enter your pin code on the homepage or at checkout to confirm serviceability in your area.
Most orders arrive within 24–48 hours. Fresh produce and dairy are prioritised for same-day delivery when ordered before 2 PM. You’ll see an estimated delivery window at checkout and can track your order live once it’s dispatched.
Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. Orders below that threshold carry a flat delivery fee of ₹29, calculated automatically in your cart.
Our delivery partner will call ahead and attempt redelivery once, free of charge, later the same day. If a second attempt also fails, the order is held at our local hub for pickup or rescheduled to the next day.

Payments & Pricing
We accept UPI, all major debit and credit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders and locations.
Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with end-to-end encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Yes, all displayed prices are inclusive of applicable GST. The final amount at checkout, including any delivery fee, is exactly what you’ll be charged — no hidden costs.
Yes. Tigozen Rewards members earn points on every order that convert to wallet credit, and we run seasonal offers highlighted on the homepage banner and in our newsletter.

Returns & Refunds
Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. Perishables like fruits, vegetables, and dairy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Go to “My Orders,” select the item, and choose “Report an Issue.” Add a photo where possible — this speeds up approval. Most refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
Once approved, refunds to your original payment method typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds to Tigozen Wallet are instant and can be used on your next order right away.

Account & Support
Yes, a free account lets us confirm your delivery address, save your order history, and process refunds accurately. Signing up takes less than a minute with just your mobile number.
Go to Account Settings > Profile to update your details anytime. Changes apply to all future orders; an order already placed keeps the address it was booked with.
