Here’s how delivery works on Tigozen — where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.

Delivery areas
We currently deliver to Rajkanika and surrounding areas in Kendrapara district, and select pin codes in Bhubaneswar. At checkout, enter your address or pin code to confirm whether we deliver there. We’re adding new areas as we grow, so a location that isn’t covered today may be available soon.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Timelines may be affected by weather, local road conditions, festival days, or unusually high order volumes.
Shipping charges
Delivery charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and the size or weight of the items ordered. We may offer free delivery above a minimum order value from time to time — any such offer will be shown on the site or at checkout.
Order packing and handling
Vegetables and prepared food are packed to stay fresh for same-day delivery, but they are perishable — we recommend checking and using fresh items the same day. Groceries are packed securely for transit. Home essentials and furniture are packed to prevent damage during delivery; for larger furniture items, our delivery partner may contact you in advance to schedule a suitable time.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive updates by SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact details you’ve provided. For larger items like furniture, our team may call ahead to confirm delivery timing.
Failed or delayed delivery
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window, and that your address and phone number are correct. If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available, our team will try to contact you to reschedule. For perishable orders, a missed delivery may mean the order cannot be redelivered later the same day, and a replacement or refund will be handled per our Terms and Conditions.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within a few hours for perishable items — with photos of the issue, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Changes to this policy
As our delivery areas, partners, and timelines evolve, we may update this Shipping Policy. We’ll update the effective date above whenever changes are made.
